Suggested Uses:
Respiratory and immune system support. Mullein leaf, Thyme leaf, Licorice root, and Red Clover flower have long been used as expectorants to assist the normal clearing of mucus from the lungs. Fenugreek and Plantain have traditionally been used to help ease chronic coughs in combination with other herbs. Antibacterial sulfur compounds present in this blend help to open the sinuses.
Directions:
2–6 droppers (⅓–1 tsp.), 3–4 times a day or ½ tsp. every 2 hours for a short period of time.
