If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, before returning your product, please:
Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds
We have a 60-day return policy, meaning your return must be post-marked within 60 days of the purchase date in order for us to offer you a refund or exchange.
If there is anything wrong with the product or you have any problem with it due to our error, we will be happy to refund or exchange it within 60 days. Otherwise, if the the return was not due to our error, you may still return it, but it must be in its original unopened packaging in the same condition that you received it.
A partial refund may be granted if the item is used or the packaging is open or damaged (unless we are at fault in any way).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer because they will not give you a refund. We issue refunds.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund by the expected time, do the following in order:
- Check your credit card again.
- Call your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
- Check your bank account again.
- Call your bank (there is often some processing time before a refund is posted).
