Suggested Use
Bring 1 quart of water to near boiling. Add 1 to 2 rounded tablespoons of herbs to the hot water or pour hot water over herbs in a glass jar. Cover and let sit for 20 to 30 minutes. Strain through a sieve into a glass jar or pitcher. Naturally mildly sweetened with stevia leaf. Add additional sweetener if desired.
Cautions
People with ragweed allergies may also be sensitive to Chamomile or Calendula. St. John’s Wort may interact with medications and affect their effectiveness. Do not use with medications except under professional guidance. Fair-skinned individuals should avoid excessive sun exposure when consuming large amounts of St. John’s Wort, as it may increase sensitivity. Linden and Chamomile may affect absorption of oral medications. Take medications at least one hour before or several hours after drinking this tea.
