Digestive Bitters include bitter and warming herbs to support healthy digestive function on a daily basis. Bitters are best taken, diluted in a mouthful of water, a few minutes before meals.

Fresh Dandelion Root and Leaf, Fresh and Dry Artichoke Leaf, Yarrow Herb, Bitter Orange Peel, Angelica Root, Gentian Root, Yellow Dock Root, Fennel Seed, Ginger Root, Cinnamon Bark, Organic Cane Alcohol, Distilled Water, Vegetable Glycerin.
Action:
Bitters are herbs having a bitter taste that serve as stimulant tonics to the gastrointestinal mucous membranes.
Suggested Uses:
Promotes digestion and absorption. Used for: gas, nausea, indigestion, and poor appetite. Bitters stimulate digestive juices and bile flow, aid in liver detoxification, and help to regulate blood sugar. Bitters are an aid for constipation because they stimulate bile, and bile stimulates peristalsis (movement of the intestines).
Directions:
1–3 droppers, ⅙–½ tsp., 3–4 times a day or as needed. Best taken with water 15 minutes before meals.
Cautions:
Seek qualified healthcare guidance during pregnancy. People with severe ragweed allergies may also be sensitive to Yarrow. Keep out of eyes. Keep out of reach of children. The safety of this product has not been determined.
