Article: Is Your Skin Care Products Making Your Skin Worse?

Is Your Skin Care Products Making Your Skin Worse?

Is Your Skin Care Products Making Your Skin Worse?

“You are what you eat.”

We’ve all heard it. Eating junk food will destroy your body, and eating good food will heal your body. Processed food, pesticide sprayed, chemically made, these all are food products we know to avoid. So why are these standards thrown out the window regarding skincare?

It is time to acknowledge the importance of organic natural skin care products. They will nourish your skin to be fresh and glowing; something man-made chemicals can’t do.

Instead of nasty chemicals, organic products use natural ingredients such as essential oils, jojoba, coconut, olive, and hemp oils, herbs, plants, and flower extracts. All natural ingredients that are both organic and sustainable!

You might relate to my story. My skin was terrible. It was always irritating, dry, rough, and insecure. After years of using brand names and any product suggested, I learned how horrible the products I used were. Flash forward to now, and I use organic natural skin products for every part of my routine. Through trial and error, I have found these products to be better than those name-brand products. The organic products I now use have launched me onto a healing journey toward glowing skin.

During my journey towards healthy skin, I was surprised to see how many claimed ‘organic’ products had horrible synthetic ingredients. I can’t emphasize how important it is to research every product you use, no matter how popular or what they claim.

It’s time to stop the cycle of harsh products making your skin dry, rough, and patchy. Research products and invest in organic. Your skin will thank you.
