Dosage Directions
Adults: Take 1-2 capsules during mealtime. Take with large meals.
This is not recommended for children unless the child is able to swallow whole capsules.
Children/sensitive adults: Smidge® Digestive Enzymes are safe for children. The capsules may be opened up to administer a portion of the powder inside. We recommend starting with 1/2 a capsule with larger meals.
These are not recommended for children under the age of 3.
This supplement is safe to take while Pregnant/Breastfeeding. Please be sure to reach out to your Certified Healthcare Professional about using supplements and their dosage while Pregnant or nursing.
How to take Digestive Enzymes:
Take Smidge® Digestive Enzymes after a few bites of food. Take them with larger meals, there is no need to use them for snacks. These can be very helpful when eating out or consuming foods during travel. The capsules may also be broken apart to administer a smaller dose. You may sprinkle onto food or into a smoothie.

Smidge® HCl + Enzymes is our original formula that contains HCl (hydrochloric acid) and pepsin. It's ideal for people who have occasional acid reflux, gas or bloating and seek a gentle dose of HCl and pepsin with their digestive enzymes.
